Holiday Home Ballot Period

Why is there a ballot?

To make it fair for all members, every year we hold a Ballot on all holiday homes during the School/Christmas holiday period.  As a member you will receive a Newsletter with the ballot form around November.  The ballot is drawn early January with the winning members being notified of the results to confirm bookings.  



What times can't I make a booking?

The times our calendar is unavailable for members is over Easter weekends and throughout the December to January school holiday period.  This is ongoing.



What if I've made a booking without entering the ballot?

In the unfortunate circumstance you have been able to make a booking during this period we will contact you and cancel that booking and refund any monies paid.
